Small-Scale Development and Historic Tax Credit Training Series
Join the NC Main Street and Rural Planning Center to learn how economic development professionals can take the mystery out of redevelopment and grow more local developers for your community. This day-long training is intended for any North Carolina community that has a commercial National Register Historic District or a commercial district that is on the National Register Study List.
This training will position small-scale developers and the local staff, such as Main Street programs, city staff, and local economic development staff, that developers will work with to better understand the process of using historic tax credits as a funding mechanism to redevelop historic commercial properties.
